Villa Eione features a large private infinity swimming pool with a spillway and an outdoor shower.

Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided around the pool, creating a comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying the warm Lefkada sunshine.

The outdoor area also includes a shaded pergola, providing a pleasant place to relax after a day at the beach or a boat trip. A BBQ is available for preparing meals and enjoying time together outdoors.

During your stay, you can also rent a boat from Sivota and explore the beautiful coastline, nearby beaches and the Ionian Sea.

Living & Dining Area

On the first floor, Villa Eione has a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area comfortably accommodates 6 people.

From the living area, there is access towards the pool and a large shaded terrace with a table. This provides a pleasant setting for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors while taking in the surrounding scenery.

A staircase near the entrance connects the first floor with the ground floor and second floor.

Second Floor

The second floor consists of one double bedroom  with belcony and one bathroom

Provides beautiful views towards the Ionian islands, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

An outdoor private parking area is available with space for up to 2 cars.

Sivota is also a convenient starting point for exploring the coastline. Guests can rent a boat from Sivota and discover nearby beaches, coastal areas and the Ionian Sea.

The villa is professionally cleaned every 7 days with fresh bed linen and towels provided ,helping to keep your accommodation comfortable throughout your holiday.
