Villa Eione-Thaleia

Villa Eione is  part of a gated, modern villas complex that sits atop a hill overlooking the picturesque Sivota bay. This stylish semi detached villa offers plenty of advantages such as privacy, comfort, safety, spacious environment, stunning sea views and many more. Surrounded by olive trees, gazing out at the horizon which joins the sky and the sea, it gives you the feeling of pure tranquility.
The view of the scattered islands that lie on the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea, along with the breathtaking orange-red sunsets, completes this landscape of incomparable beauty.
The villa is the absolute choice either for families or for a group of friends as it can accommodate 6 people very comfortably and potentially a few more on extra beds; it’s fully air-conditioned and has its own infinity pool.
The property is cleaned weekly, linen and towel change every 7 days.

Outdoor
A large private 2,30m deep infinity pool (9×7m) with spillway and an outside shower, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax by the pool. An outdoor pergola for a break after a long day on the beach or a trip on a yacht. A BBQ to build some memories over a delicious meal. This is a perfect place to enjoy warm sunny days and evenings…

First floor
On the 1st floor there is a spacious living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that welcomes 6 people comfortably. Going out of the living room towards the pool you’ll find a large shaded terrace with a table, where you can take your breakfast staring at the sea. Next to the entrance there is a staircase that leads both to the ground and to the 2nd floor.

Second floor
The second floor is composed of 1 double bedroom and one bathroom. A big window with a stunning view of the Ionian islands, gives you the illusion of a painting that comes to life.

Ground floor
The ground floor has a bathroom,2 bedrooms with double beds and the potential to fit a fold away bed in one of them. This floor is the coolest part of the villa as it’s not directly hit by the sun during the day, and leaves the bedrooms with a more stable temperature even during the hot summer season.

Parking Lot

An outside parking space can welcome up to 2 cars. Being part of a residence allows controlled access to the residence through a control gate. A remote controller is provided upon your arrival to access the residence.

Internet:
The internet is working on a system of 3-4Gb Wi-Fi device. There is no landline in all the area where the villa is located. We will provide you a prepaid card of 5 Gb valid for 7 days. This is perfect to check emails or social media pages but not fast enough for downloading movies, music or streaming.

Location and accessibility:
Villa Eione is located just 1,5km from the village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering different a range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8am until 12am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min). There is a brand new asphalt road connecting the villa and Sivota village, built in 2020.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
