Booking Conditions

Deposit, Cancellation & Payment Terms

A 30% deposit of the total reservation value is required within one week of confirmation.
This deposit is non-refundable.

Reservation dates may be adjusted subject to availability.

In the absence of a received deposit, we reserve the right to release the booking.

The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to settle the balance will result in cancellation.
This payment is non-refundable.

For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: From 16:00
Check-out: By 10:00

Early arrival or late departure may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Insurance, Safety & Personal Belongings

Guests are kindly advised that travel insurance is their own responsibility.

Children are welcome. However, they must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool area.

Neither the management nor the property owner shall be held liable for accidents, injuries or unforeseen incidents during the stay.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. We cannot accept liability for loss or theft.

Children aged 5 years and above are charged at the adult rate.

Housekeeping

Professional housekeeping service is provided every 7 days, including fresh bed linen and towels.

Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost, communicated in advance.

Taxes

All taxes are included in the quoted rates.

Security Deposit

A €300 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.

The deposit will be returned at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Internet Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

The router is located in the living room

Drones

For privacy and safety reasons, the use of drones is not permitted on the property.

Our team is available 24/7 for emergency assistance, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay

Additional Services

Bespoke services such as a private chef or daily housekeeping may be arranged upon request and in advance.

All additional services are subject to availability and supplementary fees.

Pets are not permitted

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the villa, events and parties are not allowed.
